Adding to our private WWW space

The main 'home page' is named home.html. This is what the Lynx client on nkosi starts with. The URL for this page is http://gopher.well.sf.ca.us:70/0/private/home.html

If you want to add a new HTML document to this directory, you must do two things:

1. Create the HTML document and get it into the private directory. URLs can be relative to our server or absolute pointers to other places.
2. Add an entry for the HTML file to private/menu
