Mac WWW Software

- Netscape
- Full-featured browser. Considered by many people to be the best Web browser available.
- MacWeb
- Full-featured WWW browser. Documentation available. Has some features especially useful for WWW/HTML deveopment.
- NCSA Mosaic
- The orginal Mosaic. Also lists some other useful Mac software written by NCSA.

- Mac Helper Applications
- Software that extends the abilities of your WWW browser. GIF viewer, sound player, telnet, usenet newsreader, also email (Eudora), live video, interactive USA weather map viewer, etc.
- MacWAIS
- A shareware WAIS client for the Mac.
- MacPPP directory
- An FTP directory containing the freeware MacPPP software most commonly used.
Windows WWW Software
- Netscape
- Full-featured browser. Considered by many people to be the best Web browser available.
- WinWeb
- Full-featured WWW browser. Documentation available.

- The original Mosaic. Also includes other useful Windows software written by NCSA.
- SlipKnot Home Page
- SlipKnot is a Windows-based graphical WWW browser which does
NOT
require SLIP or PPP or TCP/IP. Designed for users of UNIX dial-up shell accounts, SlipKnot has a number of features included specifically for modem users.
